We had a wonderful family trip with 2 kids. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Taman Safari and tea plantations. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a great view of the green hills. the bathroom was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast had good variety and tasted delicious. the swimming pool and horse cart ride were the kids' favorite.

We spent Christmas at a mountain resort with a lovely pool and horse riding for kids. The surroundings were stunning, and the resort had plenty of facilities to keep us entertained.

Our room was infested with ants, and we had to deal with them throughout our entire stay. The room was also quite dusty, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it provided me with enhanced comfort and quality services. The location of this place was not in the Puncak mountain, but it still offered a breathtaking view and a soothing sound of the nearby river. The atmosphere was magnificent, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh nature air. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Not only was this hotel suitable for adults, but it also had plenty of amenities for kids. There was a swimming pool, a playground, and even a mini zoo for children to enjoy.

The landscape was stunning, surrounded by green hills. the outdoor activities were a great plus, we enjoyed playing tennis and jogging in the mornings. the pool was refreshing and well-kept, perfect for a dip after a day of exploring.

The facilities were outdated, the room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning and there was no soundproofing between rooms. the cleanliness could be improved, we noticed some stains on the sheets and towels.
